It’s never too early to get ahead of the competition. Although some parents consider kids’ sports to be playtime to burn off excess energy, these are actually very pivotal times for a young athlete. While participating in sports at an early age, athletes can develop the skills and conditioning they require to succeed in the years ahead. OR NOT, if they don’t have the right coaching and TRAINING.
For example, running – seems simple enough – we all know how to do it. But do we? What if someone had taught you how to run properly – whereby you could combine proper mobility with efficient energy expenditure that would yield a speedier outcome? Doesn’t sound so simple now…
Training our youngest athletes is something we love to do. We know how hard high school and collegiate level competitive sports can be – we work with those athletes daily. If we can give kids a foundation of proper training, they can have a lifetime of joy in their chosen sport – at whatever level they want. And, don’t forget – excelling sports at a young age builds self-confidence… and self-confident kids stand up to external pressures later in life. It’s a win for everyone.
